You'll need someone to pull it off you. Very tight fit but understand you don't want it to wash out when you're being thrown around by the waves.

The design w/side zip entry requires user to pull on overhead and side zipper makes that difficult; it doesnt pull on like a shirt, there is minimal stretch.The zipper only goes uo bout 5-6" and has a lining so it opens at most just a few " at he bottom.
Getting on/off is difficult.
All that aside, i still like the vest, it is ultra light, comfortable and sturdy.
