Not nonstickReviewed by atbaritone from Nebraska on Thursday, April 12, 2018I have used this type of pot for about ten years and they are great at heating efficiency. However, be warned: the description says nonstick coating, but the inside is not nonstick. Unless you are only boiling water, expect other foods to stick, stain, and burn on the interior. I am returning the one I purchased.
Nice pot!Verified Buyer Reviewed by Paul from New York on Wednesday, March 7, 2018Haven't had a chance to use this pot yet but we're happy with the purchase. It's solid but lightweight. Will probably use it for car camping but could possibly take it on short overnight hikes.
Lid handle backwardsReviewed by rnholmes from Minnesota on Friday, December 29, 2017Sadly have not had the opportunity to take this pot on trail yet however I thought it may be helpful to note here that if the lid handle seems to be excessively difficult to flip up, it may have been installed backwards (I'm assuming this is the reason they are heavily discounted). Luckily, it's a quick fix: use a screwdriver to remove the screw on the bottom side of the lid, rotate the green handle piece 180°, reinstall and you're good to go!
Best backpacking cook potReviewed by Donna Hikes from Olympic Peninsula on Monday, October 23, 2017Perfect size for 2-3 people. Comes to a boil rapidly. My stove and can of fuel fit inside the pot and stay put in the carry sack. Best I've ever had or used in my 30+ years of backpacking. Love it!

“Do you know if the non-stick coating is Teflon or ceramic?”
I can't guarantee it's exactly "Teflon" but it is definitely more Teflon-like and definitely not ceramic. I've had mine for 2 years and it's the best backpacking pot I've ever owned. I have no scratches in the non-stick coating yet.
