• I wear a size 7 as well and I ordered a size 38. I love them and glad I got a 38 epilogue want smaller. My other shoes i wear are also size 38. My suggestion is Check out your other shoes and see what size you typically wear.

  • Definitely go up to the 38. I wear a true size 8 and I always order a 39 in OTZ. My toe comes to the end of the shoe so wouldn't want smaller.

  • I ordered the suggested size (I'm a 9/9.5) in 40 and 39. The 39 was in the fabric version and fit snugly but comfortably. This goat suede version in a size 40 fits well through the foot bed but is tight over the top of my foot.If you order up a size, the foot bed will be larger, but it might make the material less tight over the top of your foot.

  • I wear a 39, ordered my size, and it fit fine. Although I returned them (for other reasons) the size seemed to be right on. I should note that I intended to wear them without socks. It may be that if you want to wear socks with these you should size up.

  • I wear an 8 or 8.5 depending on the shoe and if I need to wear socks. I ordered a 38 and I am happy with the fit in general. I will tell you that i have very high arches and I did put shoe trees in them for a little to stretch the area that goes over the top of my foot a little. They are a struggle to get on but I think if I bought a 39 they would have been very floppy on my foot and since they are suede, they will stretch the more you wear them, and I didn't want them to be way too big. The length fits perfectly and they are so comfortable to wear. I would suggest buying the 37 personally.

  • I wear a size 10 and ordered that size ... and the shoes fit fine with plenty of toe wiggling room. Hope a size 7 person can be more helpful ...

  • I would definitely go up s size. They run short in the toe area. They are also a tight squeeze to slip on and you will appreciate the xtra room. Hope you enjoy yours as much as I love mine!

  • It should be US7=38. If you know your European size order by that and disregard US sizing. I am US10=41 always, for OTZ and virtually every other brand of shoe I wear.
The separate issue that I had with this particular OTZ shoe was the too tight instep. Other materials were fine.

  • I wear a size 37 in Birkinstocks, and assumed these would be the same. No. My toes hit the end of the shoes, and I had to return them. On a good note, the shoes felt like Birks for a fraction of the cost. I would definitely order a size 38 if you normally wear a size 7.

  • I am a size 9 I ordered a euro size 40 which is about a half size to a size larger.. The shoes i love but the leather stretches a lot and they flop on my feet now unless I wear thick socks. I only wear them in the house so not a problem I would say if you plan to wear with thick socks consider a half size larger but it with thin socks or none at all your actual size should be fine they stretch a lot
