Great kitchen shoes

I just got them and I already want a backup pair! I work in a professional kitchen and I've gone through so many different brands of chef shoes, and I think I've finally found my favorites. They've got a vibram outsole with great nonslip traction for wet/ oily floors, a coated leather exterior that looks good and is easy to wipe clean at the end of the day, and a comfy cork insole that makes long hours on your feet a little easier. I was skeptical because I'd heard such good things about Birkenstocks' cork insoles, but theirs made my feet hurt so badly I had to get gel inserts... but not the OTZ ones! They're snug and fit my feet well, but I'd definitely order a half a size up if you're in between (I wear a US 6.5 and ordered a 37). The simple design is a lot more stylish than your average kitchen clog but still very practical. I haven't had them long enough to speak to how well they'll hold up, but they seem very well made and I'd happily replace them for a much higher price if they last me as long as any of my other work shoes have.
