Reviewed by Kim from New York on Wednesday, March 9, 2016I wore these gloves for one day. By the end of the day the seams had split in 3 separate locations. I returned them immediately. Would not recommend.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Amy from Norwalk, CT on Sunday, March 6, 2016I ordered these to wear underneath a pair of no stick gloves that I use for outdoor volleyball in the winter. My construction issue may also be from the way I am wearing them, so please read this in full....
I ordered a medium b/c they claimed to run small and that is definitely true. I probably would have ordered a large if I didn't need them to fit underneath something.
They did keep me very warm due to the fleece layer on the inside. The wrist part is also snug to keep air from getting inside the gloves.
I did have an issue with construction, but that could be because they fit soooo snug, I had to pull them up down by the wrist piece to make sure they were on completely. One of the seams on the main palm did come undone slightly. They are still staying together, but I will probably sew them.
I suggest going possibly 2 sizes larger or pull them on by the main part of the hand, not the wrist, so they do not rip.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by VTHiker from Vermont on Monday, January 25, 2016I was hoping this would be my first pair of gloves liners that wouldn't rip. The seams are too small and ripped on first outdoor hiking use.
Reviewed by Farm Girl from Massachusetts on Sunday, January 3, 2016Granted it does refer to them as base layer gloves, but putting on anything this tight to keep warm doesn't work, at least for me. Materials were fine but finger width was about size of a pencil. For anyone with less than perfect circulation, I would not recommend.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Field biologist from Colorado on Monday, December 21, 2015These gloves have potential to be a nice base layer or cool weather cover for your hands. I commute 10 miles round trip by bike nearly every day all year round and am a frequent hiker in all seasons. I need gloves like these in the spring & fall. These gloves are thick enough to keep out cool breezes and they're soft, which are both great features. I have average length fingers, but the gloves are too long for mine and I found I would have to pull the fabric for each individual finger down each time I put them on. Not ideal, so I returned them.
