I would call this stiff, but not necessarily heavy duty. The kinks from the way it has been folded up do not readily smooth out.

ConfortableReviewed by Back on the Bike from Lincoln, NE on Tuesday, October 24, 2023Some hydration packs ride poorly on your back and some straps cut you wrong but this one sits perfectly with great strap adjustability. A couple of smaller zip pockets that barely hold keys, wallet and phone, so that's the only ding on the reveiw. There's a decent size open pouch behind the lower zip pocket that could hold a tube, tools, backup gloves, or maybe a jacket but anything larger would require lashing it to the outside. The side mesh pockets are big enough for a small tool or granola bar but not much else.
