Long and attractive raincoat

I recently purchased this coat and had an opportunity to test it in today's hard rain, a relatively warm December day in Philadelphia. It is completely water proof and wind-proof, and the longer length completely covered my long legs down to the knee. The color is attractive, more a dark rose than a burgundy with a subtle pattern, and it is generally well-fitted and well-made. I am glad I got it. The reason I gave it 4 rather than 5 stars is that relative to its thickness, the coat is relatively heavy and stiff. The outer layer has an almost waxy feel, and the fleece lining is not like soft, flexible Polartec, but a stiffer more sheared fabric. The edge of the (removable) hood is stiffly puckered and I can't seem to flatten it out - still, it stays up on my head and does the job.
