Most Helpful 5-Star Review
Reviewed by J. Dub from Seattle, WA on Monday, June 25, 2018At first, a surprisingly good life jacket. Size L for my 68 pound dog. Good fit, easy to see, handle is "good enough," and great price. BUT, after 2 uses on the boat, the straps immediately come untightened while in the water. It doesn't come off, but it causes him to sink an extra 4-5 inches which could drown him if he swims too long. UNACCEPTABLE.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by out and about from Oregon on Friday, January 26, 2018Just put it on adjust the fit and let my dog wear it a little. I have not yet been out to put it to the test but it adjusts to fit like a glove. I can see no pinch points or any other reason why this should get uncomfortable or cumbersome for my dog. My dog is a bit of an odd shaped dog being a Boarder collie Hound cross. Stretch a collies torso to be the length of a hound, give him extra long legs to have the height of a hound, floppy ears, leave the rest Boarder and you have my dog. The fact it has not been in the water or abused yet is the reason for 4 stars. Every thing appears to be of decent quality. The fit is far better than that of the ruff wear I bought for my Dads dog, a much more common built dog than mine. I'm glad they did not have these in my dogs size.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by 4petesake from North Carolina on Tuesday, January 23, 2018I cannot attest for the buoyancy yet because it's winter here, but so far we like the look and the fit of this vest.
