Bang for buck Pacific Trail Sweater Fleece Vest

First off, I am 5'11, 180 lbs., wear a 42R jacket, and have a 33-34" waist. For my body dimensions, I would say this vest is athletic-to-relaxed fitting. It is not what I would consider a technical piece as it is rather heavy but drapes well on the body with room to spare for men with larger midsections. Anyway, I purchased the navy/black vest and am happy with the purchase, especially considering how inexpensive it was with a 25% STP discount. Time will tell how well it holds up considering the face fabric is constructed of a larger weave and may be prone to snagging, if not careful. As such even though I have not tested it, I would advise you to avoid wearing a backpack or toting other high friction bags. So treat it more as urban outerwear during cooler temps and a midlayer during cold temps, if the heavy weight is acceptable. Finally, I'll conclude by adding that the vest has large, comfortable, zipper-less hand pockets, a small chest pocket that accommodates iPhones, a drawcord hem, and a collar that rests right under the chin (great height in my opinion). Definitely a bargain purchase :o)
