Good basic glovesVerified Buyer Reviewed by avid cyclist from California on Monday, June 20, 2016Good fit. Not overly padded, which I like.
i will buy it againVerified Buyer Reviewed by cody528 from lawton on Wednesday, October 7, 2015This pearl izumi elite gel vent cycling gloves is true to the size.
It helps my hands lose the pressure while I am riding. and the vent design gives you the cool air.
I like it.
Just Right!!Verified Buyer Reviewed by Sunny B. from New Mexico on Tuesday, October 6, 2015Just the right amount of padding! Vented padding is awesome!! Very nice glove!!
GEL VENT CYCLING GLOVEVerified Buyer Reviewed by Runfore from PENNSYLVANIS on Thursday, July 30, 2015GREAT GLOVE WHEN THE WEATHER IS HOT.
Good for the price.Verified Buyer Reviewed by Far north Girl from Fairbanks on Sunday, July 19, 2015A little short for my hand and that is only bothersome because the closure is on the underside of the hand rather than the top like all the other bike gloves I've had. This could lead to discomfort on long rides with it he closure pressing into the heal of the hand. Nice venting for hot weather. Color not as vibrant as I'd hoped, more of a muted dull yellow.
DisappointingReviewed by Dogmom from Albuquerque, NM on Thursday, June 18, 2015I really wanted to like these. I usually wear a men's glove because I find women's gloves too skimpy. These fit my hands, but they are weirdly made. The thumb holes are smaller than the holes for the index finger. I could see that if I wore these and sweated, I'd never get them off my thumbs hands.
Great bike gloves!Verified Buyer Reviewed by PDJ4269 from CO on Tuesday, June 2, 2015Hands did not overheat and was so glad to have them while riding intermediate level rocky trails on a hardtail. The only meh surprise was that if you wear them long enough in the sun, you might get a little Pearl Izumi logo tan on the back of your hands. Clever product design.... ;-)
They're comfortable & dryVerified Buyer Reviewed by Abigail from Connecticut on Wednesday, April 1, 2015I purchased these but I haven't tried them out on the open road yet. I immediately liked the black version of these gloves the most and after trying on several others and I discovered that this style took care of moisture the best. All the other gloves without the vents made my hands sweat while inside the store (not even close to what it will be like in the summer outside cycling, you know?) My other consideration were the Pearl Izumi Elite Cycling gloves without the vents because I saw they had high reviews- again, the problem was that they made my hands sweat while just standing around inside.
The women's fit is perfect for me as a Large with a hand girth of about 7 3/4" (I also tried the men's version of this on as a small but the shape was odd and uncomfortable compared to the women's).
