I was very surprised to order this item online and have it fit very comfortably. I am 6’ 4” and weigh over 250. I am very happy with my purchase of the XXL.

I did buy a second one as I mentioned in the previous review. Great deal.

Although not a Tri athlete, Tri shorts and Jerseys work well for me when its hot and humid here in Kona. When I saw the deep discount on this Elite Tri Suit I couldn't resist. The description says compare at $72 but the removable product description labels say the retail price was $145. Great bargain! The XL fits my 6'2" 210 pound frame well. For the price I may buy a second one?

Great for what it was purposed for: thin chamois, tight streamlined fit, etc.

I like it because it looks great on.

6'1" 180 and large fit well (snug)
  • one flaw

i think these are seconds not close outs. everything is perfect and well made except the chamois is not sewn in the front 1/3 of the chamois. if you are handy with sewing you might fix it. although i have not used it extensively i think it would be easy to break off the chamois eventually. it is possible it is just my tri suit. the fit is correct.

About Pearl Izumi

Before Kinji Shimizu created the first Pearl Izumi cycling apparel, he spent nearly seven days a week on his bike delivering 90 pounds of clothes to customers. He frequently pedaled 38 miles a day. Years later, after his son received a special Italian-made cycling jersey, Kinji was inspired to start creating his own using the best fabrics he could find. The result soon evolved into the Pearl Izumi brand. In the five decades since, the company Kinji founded has continued working hard to make the best gear possible for dedicated athletes and weekend warriors. From incredibly lightweight Pearl Izumi shoes to sleek, comfortable Pearl Izumi running apparel, few other brands have the same relentless drive toward innovation as Pearl Izumi.
