Most Helpful 5-Star Review
Reviewed by W from Boston on Friday, January 10, 2014Well built/designed - comfortable and warm! I love the bib straps vs. an elastic waistband, which tends to slip during long runs. Traditional outstanding Pearl Izumi quality > I should have bought two pair!
Reviewed by Cycling Sam from Colorado on Tuesday, November 19, 2013Have only worn them a few times but am impressed by how warm I have been. The windblock on the front makes all the difference on the cold day. Fit is pretty good, but with all Pearl Izumi products, the ankles seem bigger than normal.
Reviewed by Skip from Connecticut on Friday, November 15, 2013These just seamed a little baggy a fit in a large. I am 5' 11" 175 lbs and most tights in a large are just that: tight. These pulled on too easy and the crotch just had too much material. They do not have chamois so I assume these are designed to pull over regular cycling pants but even so the extra material would drive me crazy. Otherwise these meet Pearl Izumi's high level of fabrication, nice seams, zippers, stitching and elastics. Maybe a medium would be better but alas they have none left. If I were 20 lbs heavier they'd be perfect.
Reviewed by Rho Dylander from Rhode Island on Saturday, November 9, 2013This is a bib without chamois, meant to be worn over (bib) cycling shorts. Provides good wind protection and insulation for cold rides (down to about 34 F / 1 C so far). Stretches and flexes well, so not noticeable as an irritant or distraction while riding. Four stars as there's always room for improvement.
