It is trim for the "aero" effect but a very nice women's jacket. Light and good looking.

Very light weight and wind proof, works great for morning run when it's a little chilly out. However, this does run very small. I usually wear XS from other brands such as Outdoor Research, Mountain Hardwear, Patagonia, Icebreaker (I am 5'4" 113 lb). I followed suggestions from other reviews and ordered M, and it fits great.

I am a daily bike commuter in Seattle and this jacket is absolute perfection for the shoulder seasons here.

I'm 5'7", 135# with a trim, athletic build and long arms. I normally wear a size 4/small (occasionally medium).

Pearl Izumi runs small. I have a medium in another PI jacket so ordered this in medium and it fits perfectly. I intend to wear a tight-fitting tank or t-shirt underneath.

Great quality but buy big. I wear medium tops, jackets etc and I couldn't even get this to come close to zipping. But it looks great on my 90 pound daughter who is now the proud owner.

I loved this jacket but had to exchange it for a large and I normally wear a small or medium. Size up one size and you will love this jacket. Water and wind resistant but yet light enough to stuff in the back pocket of your jersey. Love it . It was just what I was looking for .

About Pearl Izumi

Before Kinji Shimizu created the first Pearl Izumi cycling apparel, he spent nearly seven days a week on his bike delivering 90 pounds of clothes to customers. He frequently pedaled 38 miles a day. Years later, after his son received a special Italian-made cycling jersey, Kinji was inspired to start creating his own using the best fabrics he could find. The result soon evolved into the Pearl Izumi brand. In the five decades since, the company Kinji founded has continued working hard to make the best gear possible for dedicated athletes and weekend warriors. From incredibly lightweight Pearl Izumi shoes to sleek, comfortable Pearl Izumi running apparel, few other brands have the same relentless drive toward innovation as Pearl Izumi.
