I liked these knickkers right when I took them out of the wrapper.
The fit is one of the best of all my cycling shorts.
I like a higher waist and these are perfect.
The pad is the blue touring one that is somewhat thicker.

As soon as I tried these tights on I loved them. They are so comfortable, feels like a second skin. I ordered a medium as I always do in Pearl Izumi since they usually run small. It fit perfect. Padding is great as well. Would buy again.

Quality tights, but they were a bit too small for me. I'm 5'5 130lbs and normally wear a size 6 bottoms; I found size small in these to be too small, and will exchange for a medium.

Quite happy with these Pearl Izumi Sugar 3/4 tights. I am partial to knicker length, and you can't beat the price here on STP! FIT is true to size (I'm 5'-1" 135# and in a Med). Typical Pearl Izumi riding tights/shorts are high compression and fit very tight, but not uncomfortable. These hold up well in the waist, fit well through the hips/thighs. The rubbery elastic on the leg opening at the calf seems a wee too small for my larger calves, and pinch/bulge a little, which would be the only down side to note. PADDING (Chamois) in the bum is adequate for short to medium rides (50mi range) and covers where you want it to. Other than that- they look great and offer everything one would come to expect from Pearl Izumi.

These are great fitting cycling tights. I ordered a Small and a Medium since the other reviewers said they ran small. The small fit perfect at 5 '3-1/2" and 130 with a curvy, athletic build. I kept the size Medium for my daughter who is 5'10" with an athletic build, and they fit perfectly. She is an avid biker and loved the style and fit, and thought that Pearl Izumi is a great brand with a good price at $34.99.

These are great cycling capris! Comfortable and padding is wonderful. I'm 5'7" and 155#'s. Both lg and x-lg fit.

About Pearl Izumi

Before Kinji Shimizu created the first Pearl Izumi cycling apparel, he spent nearly seven days a week on his bike delivering 90 pounds of clothes to customers. He frequently pedaled 38 miles a day. Years later, after his son received a special Italian-made cycling jersey, Kinji was inspired to start creating his own using the best fabrics he could find. The result soon evolved into the Pearl Izumi brand. In the five decades since, the company Kinji founded has continued working hard to make the best gear possible for dedicated athletes and weekend warriors. From incredibly lightweight Pearl Izumi shoes to sleek, comfortable Pearl Izumi running apparel, few other brands have the same relentless drive toward innovation as Pearl Izumi.
