This was a gift for my mother-in-law. She was very impressed, pronouncing it beautiful and stylish. I bet she will get a lot of mileage out of it. And we were pleased with the price, way below retail, which was discounted even more with a coupon code.

great fabric, true to size, a bit more slim than I would have thought for this brand but I am keeping it anyhow.

There were no reviews here on STP at the time, so I checked out some reviews of the item on other websites. Some said it ran large and others small, so I just chose her usual size, and it fits fine. And those reviews clinched the deal for me, as they were so favorable. One even noted that she loved it so much that she had ordered it in multiple colors!

About Pendleton

The history of Pendleton blankets dates back to the mid-19th century, when a young man named Thomas Kay travelled west to Oregon and opened a mill in Salem. Kay’s grandchildren eventually went on to establish a mill in Pendleton, Oregon, which crafted blankets and robes for American Indians living in the region, including the Nez Perce, Navajo and Hopi nations. By the early 20th century, the Pendleton clothing line was expanded to include suiting and apparel, including the now legendary Pendleton virgin wool shirt. Today, this renowned American brand owns and operates seven manufacturing facilities as well as 75 Pendleton retail stores.
