Verified Buyer Reviewed by Reed from North Carolina on Tuesday, November 24, 2015My husband loves merino wool vests because they are lightweight, nonbulky, and keep the core warm without overheating him. He can wear sport jackets or cardigans or shirt-jackets over it comfortably. He likes the fact it is not too form-fitting (he'll be the first to admit that he is a bit of a tubby hubby). The neck tends to ride high on him, more like a crew neck. We both like it that merino wool is washable!
Verified Buyer Reviewed by The Six from Sacramento on Wednesday, January 28, 2015I wear the sweater in the house in winter. I would have purchased one in another color, but my size was not available. It is a smooth, tight knit and looks very nice. I have not washed it yet, but that is how I will care for it. Merino and cashmere are good wools to wash in Woolite. There is no evidence of pilling so far. The tight knit may prevent any from occurring, but until I start washing it, I can't be sure. I am very satisfied with this purchase.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by KJ from Montana on Friday, January 16, 2015This is a nice weight vest to layer with this fall while hunting. Wool is the still is the best.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Random consumer from Catskill Mtns, NY on Thursday, January 1, 2015This vest was purchased as a gift. The recipient was very happy with it.
