Nice lightweight wool. Streamlined fit. Simple, unadorned look, which I love. Everything fits, except the sleeves, which are a bit big and long for me. Generally all sleeve length is problematic for me, so this is not a reflection of the jacket's cut. Overall, this is a nice addition to my wardrobe with the flexibility of wearing for casual or dressy.

Workmanship, fabric and style - all excellent. This is the quality that I expect from Pendleton products. I highly recommend this jacket due to the versatility - can be worn to the office or dressed up for special occasions. I originally purchased a 12, but exchanged it for a 14, as I find Pendleton tops fit very closely. This is also a very flattering cut - and looks so elegant with the wool crepe pants also sold by STP.

I love the wool crepe fabric and the expert tailoring of this jacket. Versatile wardrobe piece - can be worn to work or for an evening event - depending how it is accessorized. Very flattering cut! Very pleased with this purchase. PS I also purchased the co-ordinating wool pant in black wool crepe.

About Pendleton

The history of Pendleton blankets dates back to the mid-19th century, when a young man named Thomas Kay travelled west to Oregon and opened a mill in Salem. Kay’s grandchildren eventually went on to establish a mill in Pendleton, Oregon, which crafted blankets and robes for American Indians living in the region, including the Nez Perce, Navajo and Hopi nations. By the early 20th century, the Pendleton clothing line was expanded to include suiting and apparel, including the now legendary Pendleton virgin wool shirt. Today, this renowned American brand owns and operates seven manufacturing facilities as well as 75 Pendleton retail stores.
