Nightmare customer service and products

I bought these and when i received them i wore them for two days getting a feel for them before i hike a long trail this march, upon removing my shoe i noticed a run, a hole ... I emailed point6 and sent them a photo, then i was told it must be a broken needle in the middle of the sock, a manufacturing problem. Fair enough, It's been now almost a week since that conversation since i've heard anything from them, it's not MY job to be in direct contact for a simple replacement. Now, the fit of the sock is more important than a bad pair correct? Ok, let's go there ... The fit was loose, not very tight and i could see clearly the blisters in the future i would of had due to this issue ... 2 strikes already, merino wool mix also didn't feel very good or quality of a sock that should replace my darn tough's ... Only plus is they are made in the U.S.A, but so are darn tough's so that pretty much kills this companies chances of me ever ordering another one. They can keep their replacement, i don't want it!
