Great coatVerified Buyer Reviewed by Jc from California on Friday, February 9, 2018This thing is awesome, very comfy, warm. The material is not at ridged as new carhartt jacketts fells almost like a broken in one wich is nice. Even the hoodie has flannel on it to keep ears warm.
Three problems for meVerified Buyer Reviewed by pmontenc from coastal NC on Thursday, December 14, 2017This jacket was made out of very stiff material that reminded me best of cardboard. This was true of both the outside and the inside lining portion of the jacket. The proportions of this jacket were off. First it was a bit shorter than it appeared on the model. it actually fit more like a jacket sized for a shorter person. Finally, there was a problem with the hood. The hood was super small. It looked like it might go on a child's jacket. When put into use it covered only the very back part of the head and did not fully cover the ears. The jacket was returned.
Jacket looked greatVerified Buyer Reviewed by Jefflan from Wisconsin on Tuesday, November 28, 2017However, The zipper was getting bound in the stitching behind it and it would not function. I tried repeatedly to work the zipper and it was not helping and was very annoying to pull up and typically could not go even a quarter of the way up. I went to return the item and sierra gave me 2 options. One where I lost my shipping costs, and the second where I lost over 10 dollars for this DEFECTIVE item. I have never returned an item to Sierra and have purchased hundreds of items over the years. I could really care less about cosmetic blemishes but the item needs to function properly. We ended up talking to them twice to get a full refund and we finally did. As a result I will question any future purchases here and always read the fine print regarding returns. If Sierra wants to tout the percent off new retail on the items they sell they should be prepared to back up the products a bit
