Cant beat for price

For the price this jacket is awesome. Medium is a standard fit (not athletic) and fit me 6'0" 170bs perfect. Better as an around town and casual jacket and not as a technical jacket.
Solid Jacket. Great Value.Reviewed by KarateRick from Black Mountain on Friday, December 29, 2017This is a great down jacket for the money. It's not as stylish or packable as some of my other jackets but very warm and durable. I would highly recommend this jacket to anyone looking for a warm durable down jacket.

Nice jacket, great priceVerified Buyer Reviewed by Stormy from Granby Ranch CO on Friday, October 13, 2017I've had the jacket for about two weeks now. Our night & early morning temps are in the 30s - mild most days, but we've had some snow twice, so I've been able to check it against the weather some. I give it solid scores. I own a lot of jackets - and wear a lot of jackets. This is not as warm as my other down jackets - but it is a lighter weight version. I guess from the 'down sweater' group. I'd been looking for something in that category, and this was a much better value than anything else I looked at. I did read - before ordering - a comment about it not having true technical cred. Maybe so, but I got it for out and about. Work a ski instructor gig in Winter, so back & forth, out with the dawg in the morning & like that. Serves a purpose - happy with the purchase.
Amazing Value!Reviewed by Josiah from Montana on Tuesday, October 10, 2017Its pretty warm, a fantastic and stylish around town jacket. Although zip pockets might be nice sometimes, the style and fleece lining are pretty great. The DWR works well for now anyway. It's really not too heavy comparatively and for the price, such an awesome value. Best $40 I've spent in a while.
I am 6' 165 and the small fits perfectly. My chest measures almost 38 inches.
ExcellentVerified Buyer Reviewed by Joe from Ohio on Tuesday, October 3, 2017Fits perfectly and is well built. Haven’t tested it in the cold yet, but it seems like it will be one of those “I can’t believe how warm this thing is” type jackets.

This is not a backcountry jacketVerified Buyer Reviewed by Dave from Colorado on Wednesday, September 20, 2017With its heritage as a clothing company for climbers, I expected the prAna Lasser jacket to bring more performance than it did. This blocky, clunky, heavy jacket is fine for a chilly suburban climate but will not perform as a serious backcountry jacket. Fit is very loose around the torso, materials are just adequate, and 650 fill power is really sub-par. For the STP price, this may still be a decent value, especially for those who care about the brand name. For me, this jacket was a dud, and I returned it.
Good go to jacketVerified Buyer Reviewed by Will from UT on Monday, September 11, 2017The jacket fits great and has a nice look, fits great, and is comfortable to wear. Great for commuting to work, walking around the park, or possibly going for a hike. Probably wouldn't use it for backpacking or skiing as it just doesn't seem as tough or waterproof as other jackets I have used. No zippers on the bottom pockets and I am not a fan of the sleeve cuffs. Gotta love the price though.
Spend the winter in it!Reviewed by frankie, foreign service from Wash DC/Vermont on Sunday, September 3, 2017This is a fabulous find!!! For this price get two!
High quality, just a little heavier than the typical down sweater. I don't know how I got by all those years without down? I basically spend the winter in down sweaters, they are amazing because they breathe, I never get too hot or too cold, somehow down is always just right!
While this jacket is not as versatile, definitely not packable like some of the bigger mountain brands. It gets by with style points!
