Would have been snug with anything heavier. I am 5 ' 115 lbs, small-busted, hip-y. I did not order the Medium since I did not love the gray color, nor the button/zipper combo. Would be warm and water resistant down to at least 35 to 40 degrees, I think. Nice jacket.
