MehVerified Buyer Reviewed by jh from Colorado on Monday, October 23, 2017I was hoping for a better helmet for the price. I ended up returning it to hold out for something better. It sits high on my head and overall looks like a cheaper helmet.
Super happy.Verified Buyer Reviewed by Tim from New Mexico on Tuesday, January 17, 2017Great helmet. It's light, fits great, easily adjustable, and the magnetic chinstrap is awesome.
Odd fitVerified Buyer Reviewed by Kelly from Texas on Tuesday, January 17, 2017Sits really high on my head. Looked weird. Exchanged for a Giro helmet which looked much better.
Great looking helmet. Not as comfortable as other brands.Reviewed by Marie from OH - Ohio on Sunday, January 15, 2017Great looking helmet. Not as comfortable as other brands.
Daughter loves itVerified Buyer Reviewed by HB from Oregon on Tuesday, January 10, 2017Fits well and adjustable for when she wants to wear a hat or balaclava. Audio compatible which is what she wanted. Warm and comfortable.
Terrible helmetReviewed by Winters from Bozeman on Saturday, January 7, 2017Helmet fit is too round, not oval. My Patagonia untracked hood does not fit over the top, and it's a big hood. I tried the medium, returned it because it was too small and fit too high on the forehead making it UNSAFE; cost me $5.95 just to get a Large in exchange which was too big. I now have to pay more money just to return the Large. I have now spent $8 just to "try on" 2 helmets. Be very careful when ordering as Sierra Trading Post's return policy is atrocious! You are way better off using backcountry.com, or REI, free returns and no hassle!
Great QualityVerified Buyer Reviewed by Nicole from Wisconsin on Wednesday, April 8, 2015Great helmet, very light weight, and nice quality!
Great helmetVerified Buyer Reviewed by DF from NJ on Saturday, March 14, 2015Fits well and my giro goggles were compatible. It's comfortable, very light and the vent system works extremely well. I don't overheat but never get brain freeze and the magnetic clasp is a great feature.
Excellent valueVerified Buyer Reviewed by Peter Y from Hong Kong on Wednesday, March 11, 2015Excellent quality at excellent price. Very comfortable and easy to adjust to size.
Really niceVerified Buyer Reviewed by SJG from NYC on Tuesday, March 10, 2015I've skied a couple days with this helmet and it's really nice. Lining and chin strap are comfortable. The strap has a magnetic coast that is amazing. I never found it difficult to clip or release a chin strap but this is just so easy to use. No hassle at all, even with gloves or mittens. It works well with goggles. There are a good number of vents on top but it's still a relatively clean look. The venting is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars because I think I would have liked an adjustable vent. I skied one day of 15 degrees and my head was a little cold. I imagine it would be a bit warm on a very warm day. I prefer an adjustable venting system. Still, this is a happy medium and the helmet is well priced.
