bright, light, dicey switch

It's brighter than my older [same model name] one even with fresh batteries. Maybe they upgraded the LED. The switch still seems a bit prone to slide into the 'always on' position if you leave the light in your pocket with your keys. It would be nicer if the detent were more positive. I once ran the old one completely down accidently through switch slippage.
Overall very useful. I bought two: one for the spare car key (in offside pocket --can you say 'Murphy rules'?) , one for the main key bunch. The brightness difference is great enough that I replaced 2 older ones for daily use, and kept the older ones for backup (fusebox in basement, back-of-the-stereo wiring inspection).
I have observed an elderly relative making good use of one to read menus in suboptimally lit restaurants.
