No instructions, product was hard to install on my hybrid. Got lucky and found instructions on internet, and once put together the product looks and functions well. Rack when bag is on rattles more than I would like. Bag is good size which is nice for having a picnic.

Haven't had it for long, 2-weeks, but it seems to match the description just fine. Works well and I've had no issues.

The rack system is well made and the snap-on attachment is hndy, however, the bag is very small and the slanted shape make it of limited practical use. I am returning it.

This is a sturdy rack and great bag. I installed it on my bike a a local open bike shop. I had many avid cyclists admiring it, so I definitely felt like I got a good deal. The bag was big enough to hold a couple of books after a visit to the library. The side pockets seem kind of useless.

As other reviewers have said, there are no instructions so you will have to study the picture.

I took away one star because it would have been nice if this bag had come with a strap. There are connectors at each end so I was surprised that it didn't. Another minor point is that the neither the bag, nor rack have a place for me to clip my rear light onto.

We bought this for an S&S coupled tandem and needed a folding rack. The rack is perfect and the mounting is flexible enough to use with a 205 mm disk rotor. We've had no problems with the rack itself which is plenty sturdy. The bag mount is also very convenient and has a nice assortment of pockets. The rain cover is handy and keeps the contents dry ( along with the stoker's butt).
