First item I've had to exchange on STP, stellar customer service.

I had to exchange my pair after it became apparent that the defect on my pair affected performance. I initially thought I was out of luck/stuck with them because I had already worn them a month, but after a quick call to STP customer service, I was assured that I could indeed exchange them because of a structural flaw.

Exchanging was a breeze, and the 2nd pair of 2nds I received had a tag showing they were inspected by someone at STP (thanks Tamara!) for any structural flaws. Honestly, I have trouble finding any cosmetic flaws on this 2nd pair either! (slight pebbling on toe box maybe?)
