Most Helpful 5-Star Review
my new favourite bootsVerified Buyer Reviewed by alex from sydney, australia on Monday, November 6, 2017The only way you would know this boot is a factory second is from the hole punched in the tongue. The construction on the boot itself is superb, and the leather shows no signs of creasing or loose grain. My only issue was with the sizing; I usually wear an 8.5 in boots (Blundstones) but decided to size down .5 since I'd heard these boots in particular run quite large. In terms of length it's actually still a little large, but I found that the standard "D" width was quite narrow, and if I'd gotten my correct size I probably would've needed to get an E width.

“Hi. Does the size Men 5 equals Women 7?”
We don't have a specific men-women conversion chart for Red Wing, but in general there is a 1.5 - 2 size difference.
“Is there free returns?
They are 2nds - what kind of faults do the have or does it mean something else?
Our return and exchange policy can be viewed here: http://www.sierratradingpost.com/lp2/exchange-return/
2nds are usually due to minor cosmetic blemishes or irregularities which do not affect the fit, performance, or longevity of the item. Label is usually clipped or marked by the manufacturer. A small flaw means big savings.
“Do you ever have any of this brand in B or more narrow widths?”
Due to the nature of the closeout business, we often receive items in limited quantities. Therefore, some sizes and colors can sell out quickly. Occasionally we are able to reorder a product, but closeout items are typically unable to be reordered. We suggest signing up for the My Updates as the best way to monitor incoming products. You will receive email notifications of our newest stock items.
These run narrow, but a 1/2 size or more longer. I have few of these, and my suggestion is that you order a 1/2 to 1 size down from your sneaker size (male Brannock shoe device measurement). A 'B' width should feel comfortable, if not snug.
Sorry, I meant "D" width.
