4.0 out of 5 stars. Good quality but way too wideVerified Buyer Reviewed by Ina from NJ on Monday, December 21, 2015The sandal looks stylish and good quality. But it is very wide.
I have a relatively narrow foot and usually wear European size 36.
The sandal was way too wide (huge!), probably good for someone with wider foot.
Sadly has to send it back. -
4.0 out of 5 stars. Unusual, Sophisticated & Cute!Verified Buyer Reviewed by KC from New York on Thursday, November 5, 2015These sandals are pure leather and 100% comfortable! I have never come across a sandal with such a creative design.
The ankle cuffs are a tad loose, but does not take away from the overall look--and the heel height is ideal. An extremely good deal for less than ten dollars! -
5.0 out of 5 stars. LOVE them!!Reviewed by Deeds n VA from Richmond, VA on Thursday, August 20, 2015These are quirky and fabulous. I think you either love them or hate them, I LOVE them. Got them under $20 on clearance. The ankle part is big, I have fairly large ankles so they work for me. I always wear 8 1/2, got these in 39 and they're almost a bit roomy. They seem like they'll be comfortable, and are well made. Grab them while you can if they appeal to you!

4.0 out of 5 stars. fun sandal; order smallReviewed by Cubicle dweller from Washington, DC on Tuesday, July 7, 2015This is one of those fun finds that I can't imagine paying full retail for, but is a justifiable lark at STP prices. The style is unique and definitely won't fit into everyone's wardrobe, but there certainly aren't any surprises between the picture & the shoe itself. If it looks good to you, I recommend giving it a shot!
I'm usually a 40 but found that the 39 fit me much better. Also note that while some folks have complained that the ankle strap is too loose (40 was loose on me; 39 isn't), the buckles on the ankle strap do work to tighten the strap. -
1.0 out of 5 stars. strange shoeVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from PA on Tuesday, April 29, 2014I will return sandals. They look sloppy, and don't fit around ankles. More suitable for someone with large ankles probably. Described as "part gladiator, part bootie," they are all mess.

3.0 out of 5 stars. Great with some modificationsReviewed by Anonymous from Texas on Wednesday, April 24, 2013I loved the look and fit of these shoes. . .sadly, the seam of the ankle "collar" was rough at the top and the bottom. So, I used some sheeps wool and hide glue to cover the rough part of the seam and they are now comfortable to wear all day. An added bonus? There's a tiny bit of the sheepskin showing to give it even more visual interest. But without that addition, the seam would have rubbed my ankle raw and was a poor design choice.

2.0 out of 5 stars. Poor fitReviewed by Anonymous from CA on Tuesday, March 5, 2013Loved the style, but the ankle bit was too wide and ended up looking slouchy on my feet, which I didn't like.
