These run a bit short in length - I should have gotten 37 rather than 36. Other than that, I love them. Wide enough for my toes and the classic Vivobarefoot puncture-resistant, thin & flexible sole that I love for walking.

These shoes are exactly what I expected them to be and give a good barefoot experience. The only down side to a slip on, ballet style is that my foot tends to slide toward the end of the shoe when walking, which means that my toes touch the end and I no longer have as much room for them to splay and move with each step. I think I would benefit more from a shoe with a strap across the top, such as a mary jane style shoe.

I have owned 4 pairs of these and now that they are on Sierra Trading Post I am excited to buy more of my favorite color! I am a pretty big fan of Vivobarefoot but, these are by far my favorite style. Like I said, I've already owned four pairs of this specific style.

For a reference, I have a narrow/low volume foot and wear a 8.5. These are quite narrow in the toe box compared to other Vivos yet, for me it works perfectly. Correspondingly so the 39 is a perfect fit. Also I've relatively high arches and have no problem wearing these shoes. Barefoot shoes let your foot do what it's meant to do (flexing, toes splaying, and so forth :).

I highly recommend these shoes to anyone who is a barefoot shoe wearer. For anyone who is not used to barefoot shoes these could, at first, be strange. You get so much more sensory feedback from the ground that you are walking on which may seem uncomfortable to some. I however, love the connection to the surface.

These shoes are neutral colored and flat, allowing for easy pairing with many outfits. Unfortunately, they are some the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever tried on. The flatness is not a worry; as a runner, I enjoy zero drop shoes. However, the entry of these shoes bite into the heel and side of the foot. There is absolutely nothing to cushion this transition point. Very poor construction. Disappointing.
