I cannot give a good rating of this product, because it ran a little small and needed to be returned. The sleeves were long and bulky, and the body was too tight to zip up properly. This was a size small, for a 5'4" 100 lb teenager.
The construction was great, lightweight, water repellant by the look of the finish. Excellent value for the money, comparable to a LLBean product for $200.

I enjoy this jacket a lot! I bought the jacket in the"pond spray" color which is slightly unique & which I love. I am about 5'7" & 135 lbs. I generally wear a women's small in most brands especially those that run large. However, this jacket does run a bit small & size medium fit perfectly. It was comfortably loose whereas the size small was restricting around my shoulders, not big enough for my chest, & I couldn't move freely. Also, the jacket is not a heavy jacket (i.e. for super cold weather) although it does keep you nicely warm. However, if you can layer under the jacket, it should be fine.

I usually am a medium but ordered both a M and L and ended up keeping the L. The medium fit but was tight enough that I wouldn't be able to layer underneath if I wanted to. The jacket fabric is soft and warm and the pockets are deep which I love in a winter coat. I wasn't sure about the color but loved it when I got it and have gotten many compliments.

It's cute, it's warm, and it fits. But it arrived with a small tear in the right arm where the down was escaping. I needed it right away so no time to return and I put a but of super glue over the tear. It worked, but it shows a small spot on the arm. I'm worried about how easily it will tear.

I have been wearing this over a wool base layer, a fleece jacket, and under a gortex-like shell. It has kept me extremely comfortable/warm out in the snow and would be fine over just the wool layer in 40-50 degree weather. The arms are a perfect length for my long, lanky ones; stopping at the base of my wrists.
