Reviewed by Old and In The Way from Old West on Saturday, July 2, 2016This thing is tiny and a bit dodgy to use with large hands. You basically compress it along its long axis to turn it on and change modes. You must cycle through 4 flashing modes to get to the soild (non-flashing) light mode. And the red is actually a weak pink color (nothing like the photo here). I'd stick with silver or black.
Clever design if you want 4 flashing modes, but I'll pass for something a little more "on-off." STP might have mentioned the 5 modes in its description.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by DWVT from Vermont on Wednesday, June 8, 2016well designed and well made front marker light, even bright enough to use as a headlight for road illumination in a pinch. However, if you want to use it as a headlight, rather than just a safety light, it only works in that capacity if you mount it on the bars, as steerer mounting aims the light upward away from the road surface.
