When I bought this dress I paid the credit card out of some problems, sierra very responsible to help me solve this problem. I am very satisfied with their attitude! Clothes size is very accurate, put on very handsome. 800fill power is also very warm. I am most satisfied with the cuff. I will buy another one to give my brother to wear!

This is the jacket I will bring with on my spring trip through Norway, Scotland and the UK. It will handle ALL weather conditions I can possibly encounter. I should bring another, as it seems that everywhere I go I run across someone who wants to buy my clothes.

Very impressed with Marmots Gigawatt jacket! High quality, very comfortable, lightweight and packable! Also very warm and love the "thumbies" on the sleeves! Highly recommended this Down jacket!

I bought this after losing my other puffy and though this isn't as "stuffed" it is equally as warm at 800 fill. I like that the sleeves are slimmer than the core and it is more functional. I live in a very cold and mountainous region and this has fit the bill perfectly

This is a warm and comfortable jacket. I was comfortable wearing this when it was 19 degrees and having on a sweatshirt underneath (and I run cold!) I like the thumbhole gaiters, fleece lined pockets, and the inside wicking mesh liner in high sweat zones. Also, there are two large mesh pockets on the inside for storing items. I purchased the Vermouth color and the darker down is somewhat visible through the fabric. It's a Marmot and guaranteed for a lifetime.

Small size fits my skinny 5'7" 13 year old son. He likes it. Very warm. Too warm for active snowboarding when temp above 15F when layered under lightly insulated shell. Great jacket.

I would like to have a light but warm jacket that would keep me comfortable in the 30s F temperature. This jacket, marketed as a Polartec Alpha and 800 fill goose down jacket, seemed to be a good fit. This jacket (Cinder color) does look very nice and have a trim fit. But the insulation layers, both the Polartec Alpha and the goose down, are extremely thin. I wonder how much goose down is in this jacket. I worn the jacket during a daytime temperature of low 40s with a relatively thick sweater (Dale of Norway) underneath. I would say I felt somewhat cold especially when there were light breezes blowing...not sure it justifies its relatively high price tag.
