SmartWool PhD Ultralight Micro Running Socks - Merino Wool, Below the Ankle (For Women)
2nds. If you're still wearing tired old cotton socks for your long runs, it's time to upgrade to the moisture-wicking and breathable power of merino wool in SmartWool's PhD Ultralight Micro running socks. With strategic support and venting panels, you can leave sore, blistery feet behind once and for all!
Verified Buyer Reviewed by JeannieCampbell from California on Monday, June 5, 2017These socks stay up well (I.e., my shoe doesn't "eat" them) and of course the merino wool is perfect for allowing my feet to breathe while working out. Absolutely no moisture collects. And there are no seams that will rub into blisters. Great sock.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Hotmemejeeps from Chattanooga on Monday, May 8, 2017This is the second pair of these I have purchased because these are absolutely the best! These are perfect for summer months in the south as everything else is too hot.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Margaret from Maine on Friday, May 5, 2017The description says these socks have "Ultralight cushioning for optimal next-to-foot performance without extra bulk…" but in reality they have NO cushioning. They are perfectly nice socks, but they have none of the promised cushioning.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Karen from Florida on Monday, April 17, 2017None of the SmartWool socks are very soft or stretchy.
This Medium is almost too small for my fott, women's shoe size 8.5 with a high arch/instep.
