Verified Buyer Reviewed by Ab Slayer from NM on Thursday, March 2, 2017These pants were very soft and smooth, but baggy and kind of frumpy-looking when I got them on. I ordered a 12, I usually wear a 10 in pants and jeans. These were really huge, not flattering. Maybe I should have ordered my "true" size instead of ordering up. They do have an adjustable waist, but, even making those adjustments, they were still baggy and frumpy. And, they don't have many pockets, either, which was also a bummer, and among the reasons I didn't try to make them work.

Reviewed by javakitty from Seattle on Thursday, November 17, 2016I ordered a pair of Marker ski pants and they were enormous. So I traded in for these Obermeyers. I am 5'4" about 128-130lbs. I got the 6 based on an earlier review that they were on the big side. They seem to fit pretty well. I have muscular thighs and they are pretty form fitting in the legs. I may wear a lighter insulating tight underneath to accommodate. These pants are a little on the long side for me. I think they would be perfect for the average 5'6" woman. If you are shorter than I am I wouldn't try these since there are zippers in the back so the pants can't be adjusted with hemming.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Jamie from Virginia on Wednesday, October 12, 2016I tried on the Temptress Ski Pants at another retailer but decided to order from Sierra Trading Post because it was cheaper.
Well, when the order came in, the pants were much larger. So I contacted Sierra Trading Post of this issue. Their response was depending on the year of the make sizing can differ as much as what I witnessed. I had to return it because pants were so big that it was falling off. On the back of order form, return shipping is $2.95 and also stated that check out return pages on the website. Both places said return shipping is $2.95 and when I received the e-mail refund notification, it says return service charge is $6.95. Called the customer service and they confirmed that if you just make a return (and not exchange), it is $6.95. I believe Sierra should have clearly state that on their return page. The customer service also said that if you want to use cheaper return carrier, you should do so. I believe all of what I have heard from customer service needs to be on their website. I felt like cheated a bit.
