Verified Buyer Reviewed by Koert from California on Tuesday, February 14, 2017My feet are medium-wide with a very high instep. Even with these high-volume boot I have to size up from a 28cm foot to a 29.5 mondo size. (But, from what I hear, a 29.5 can be turned into a 29 quite easily by simply adding a thin volume-reduction insole.)
These boots are extremely easy to get into. Several of the boots I've tried on have such restrictive cuffs and low insoles that I couldn't even get my foot inside the boot, even with a larger size.
Super comfortable, but definitely not a "precision skiing" fit on my particular foot, although I haven't heat-formed them yet. I would have liked the double strap and heat moldable shell of the next model up, but for the price I am definitely not complaining.
Reviewed by Koert from Southern California on Tuesday, February 7, 2017I rarely wear shoes, so my feet are wide. Plus, I have extremely high insteps.
(A normal instep has the distance from one side of the heel, over the top of the foot, to the other side of the heel as about the same as the length of the foot. My instep measurement is 5 cm longer than the length of my foot!)
Even with boots that have high insteps, or with oversized boots, the rigid plastic shell almost keeps me from even getting my foot inside the boot.
These boots not only have way more volume (room for high insteps) than any other boot I've tried, but the lower shell is molded with slots that make it much more flexible (for entry and exit) than any other shell I've seen.
