Customer Reviews Of:
High Sierra Keeler Soft Shell Jacket (For Women)

Closeouts. An outstanding value in a windproof, water-resistant 3-layer soft shell. High Sierra's Keeler soft shell jacket has a smooth face that's backed with soft microfleece, so it can be worn alone or as a layered piece.

Worn a few times, looks good on me although just a little bit snug than I would like. Can't beat the price. A good value.

Great jacket for late spring/early fall hikes! Blocks the wind and layers well with a fleece under it.

I needed a new soft shell jacket to wear on my 3-4 X/week dog hikes. My old jacket had died and I didn't want to wear my good ski jackets. It needed to be something that was sturdy yet light and warm enough for winter hiking with a vest. At $14.00 I figured I had to give the Keeler a try. Boy was I surprised. It is just perfect for my 1000 vertical ascent. Breathes well and warm enough for the downs. I'm totally amazed and surprised at the quality. I'm not sure if it will last the 10 years that my old one did but so far it's great. Good pockets, great fit. Some of the reviews said that it fit tight in the hips. I didn't find that to be true and in fact probably could have gotten by with a M instead of a L but, living in the CO mountains, I wanted the option to layer. I got the purple and the color is great. So far I'm very happy with this jacket.

Light but keeps you warm. Would order one size bigger than you usually wear.

Bought it for my girlfriend as a gift, luckily it's a perfect fit.
She is 165 cm 50 Kg, I bought size Small in black.
It looks really good, and does the job of keeping out the chill in the city.
She didn't try it for tracking or any other high performance activity though.

I normally wear a small-medium in a jacket, but this one even the medium was too tight in the hips. I ordered a large and love it- covers the bum real nice.

usually wear a small to medium. the medium was too snug in hip so I have now ordered a large- otherwise nice jacket.

I received a compliment on this jacket the first week I wore it....It is well made, but does not provide warmth, so must be worn over several layers on a cold day. Because the jacket is water repellent, the material does not "breathe." It would not be a good choice for a runner. That being said, the jacket is a wonderful wind breaker. The purple is a little too "grapey" for my liking, but I will get used to it. The sleeves are long. I am a slim 5'11" with long arms, and the medium size fits nicely.

Comfortable fitting, warm with good wind and water resistance. It will be my go to jacket this fall.

Fits perfect and I loved the color. Still too warm to wear it but I bet it will be warm on a cool day
