Revo Ellis Sunglasses - Polarized

Closeouts. You don't have to be a pilot to appreciate Revo's Ellis sunglasses. The traditional aviator frames house high-quality Serilium polycarbonate lenses with High-Contrast Polarization for excellent optical clarity.

I was first introduced to Revo's several years ago when my brother bought a pair and I liked them. I found these on STP and purchased them. They feel like quality, well made sunglasses, but time will tell. I got the blue lenses and they are mirrored. Only gave 4 stars bc for me, I give 5 stars to costas and these are nice, but not as good of lenses as my 580G's. Frame seems solid though and as always, great price from STP

Great optics, light weight, perfect fit, non-slip nose pads make for an all-round great pair of glasses.

My face is narrow and finding sunglasses to fit is challenging. These have large lenses but so far the frames fit, albeit, a little loosely. The thing is they feel cheap...flimsy. And they rattle when taking them on and off. I always wanted a pair of aviator glasses but these are disappointing due to the lack of quality. I got the grey lenses. I still squint, even with the sunlight at my back.

The lens cracked in my original pair purchased in Philipsburg, St. Maarten, and they have been hard to replace until now. Not too many Revo dealers in the NYC Metro area, and if so the $'s are high. Polarized lenses are great, they really work, and work well, much better than what you buy off the rack at your local convenience store! The only issue was that my original pair were made in Italy and the "Revo Ellis" was made in China. We will see how they hold up. Let me say that it was not that easy to find a pair of Revo Aviator style glasses even on the internet so I jumped to buy this pair when advertised and I'm glad that I did, my search has ended!
