Closeouts. Made by athletes for athletes, SUGOi's Verve cycling shorts excel during workouts both in and out of the saddle. After a 55 mile ride, my sit bones were red and raw. The chamois is not quite wide enough so (especially on my left side) my sit bones were resting on the seam of the chamois.

I agree with the other reviewer, that the side details look like a mistake. My mom saw me in them and said oh you have to fix your shorts.

I am 5'7'', 155lbs, and wear between a 10 and a 12. I bought a large. I may have proportionally wide hips, so not everyone may have the problem I had. I don't have this issue with pearl izumi shorts.

These shorts are okay.. Flattering fit, but material is thin and a little see through. My white butt shimmers through these on the saddle. Haven't tested the chamois on a long ride but it's been comfy for 30 mile rides. The side leg details are supposed to look like a feminine addition but they actually just sort of look like the shorts are folded weird by mistake. I'm somewhere between a M and L size wise and went with the M. Comfortably snug without any reverse muffin tops or weird bulges so that's always a plus!
