Could not rate this a full four but given the scale, it is what I have selected. Highly reflective jacket. Excellent on initial assessment. While I have broader shoulders, I needed to size up with this jacket. Nice assembly. However, the 2016 model does not have any form of vent for those of us who like the body to "breath" a bit more when biking. Side vents are added in the 2017 model.

High quality, amazing price, this jacket in the ever elusive XL size? perfect! The extended length on rear of jacket is ideal for bicycle riding, mountain or street, the pocket on tail, ideal! The attention to detail in the finish on this jacket is truly innovative, lightweight, wicking, and breathable for year round use.

I've been using this jacket for 6 weeks now and feel that it was a good purchase.
Plusses: 1) It's fairly lightweight; 2) it's lined so that keeps you from sweating too much; and 3) It seems to repel all water.

There are some considerations that have knocked it down one star: 1) There are no pit-zips, so in cool rain (50-60 degrees) you get wet from sweating; and 2) no hand pockets makes it complicated to store things as you pedal.

Overall, I liked it enough to keep it but I can't say I'm not looking for something more towards ideal down the road.

I bought this biking jacket for my husband. He wanted something that wasn't heavy but would keep the wind out. He is fairly large and the XL fit him nicely. The long tail provides excellent coverage for biking. The fabric is reflective excellent for city riding in the early fall mornings.
