Nice construction, but too big and not adjustable enough.

I bought a smart wool bra hoping to avoid odor that sometimes lingers after washing synthetic sorts bras. I was really pleased with this one. I've worn it on a 10K run (no odor) and a 28 mile run and was impressed with the support (it was pouring ran, so I can't measure any odor).

I don't love the hook and eye closure in the back. It's incredibly hard for me to close. I wish it were the kind you have to put on overhead. That is my one complaint.

    Overall, it's great sports bra

This material did not stretch very well and the straps are not permanently connected in the back of the bra, so they kept falling off. Huge pain in the butt. I returned this product.

Still looking for that perfect balance of support and comfort. This is moving in that direction

The material is certainly supportive and comfortable. I ride horses and try to find bras that reduce bounce and provide more full coverage support without suffocating. This bra does a pretty good job of that.

I like the fabric and the support, the careful way in which it is made, but for me, it presses everything flat and it is tight (36-C got an L). There should be a little more curving to resemble a cup.

This bra is worth the price. Definitely runs a bit small but I noticed that after a few wearings, it did fit better. I ordered my normal bra size and felt at first I may have to return, but after a few wearings it fits well. Also a bit itchy at first but again, after a few wearings/wash felt great. I ordered 2 for an upcoming trip to Antarctica. Most of my base layers are Smart Wool and have always been pleased with the quality and performance.

I accidentally ordered this in a 34C when normally I'm a 34D. I could have gotten away with keeping this bra in the smaller size (despite being on the tighter side) what bothered me more was that the lining fabric was looser than the exterior fabric and wouldn't lay totally flat underneath. It wasn't so noticeable from the outside, but just one of those things that would bother a perfectionist. If the bra had fit perfectly, I probably would have kept it as it was never going to go out for a night on the town.

I love that this bra comes in regular bra sizes, not just S/M/L so you can get the right fit. This bra is supportive even though it doesn't have padded cups--I was skeptical at first, but it keeps everything where it should be without being restricting :)

This bra provides very good support--the best I've found in a wool sports bra. My normal bra size is a 32DD, and I've found the the 34D in this bra fits well for me. It also doesn't get stinky, unlike SmartWool's new sports bras. I wish SmartWool hadn't discontinued this one.
