I was disappointed with the comfort, since I expected more. I have owned at least 10 pair of Ryka sneakers. These were the first ones that did not impress me, since the foot bed feels kind of rough and shallow.

The shoes fit so well and are very comfortable. I first looked into Rykas because of having high arches and loved the fit and feel. This will be my third pair of Rykas!

I love Rykas and swooped on these when I saw them for sale as I already own a pair in the same style. However, these were clearly not as comfortable as the ones I own. They lacked cushion, bounce, flexibility. Think I just got a "lemon" and similar to another review -- these just weren't as flexibile as I have come to expect from Ryka.

I wear these crosstrainers to work out at the gym. I think they are great but might not work very well for running. Most Ryka shoes run a little small (a half size) but these seem to be truer to size. Just an FYI.
