I bought these boot and was initially impressed. After one month, the front of my right boot started seperating from the sole. At three months, the side seperated and made the shoe useless. I should have returned them before the three month return policy but that is my loss, don't make the same mistake.

Some reviewers complained about them. I like them. Yes, they could be thicker leather. Yes, they are not Wolverine's top of the line. But for a general, knock about work boot, I think they will do OK. Pretty comfortable out of the box.

Purchased while on sale, (it was a really big sale very worth the price) to try them out. I like the clean look, without too much going on, just a good plain looking boot. great color too! I'll most likely come back to update this review, but the main thing that struck me about this boot was how thin the leather was. It's just one layer of leather where other boots might have thicker leather or an inner and outer layer. This allowed for it to be quite comfortable right out of the box, quick break in time, and it breathes pretty well, but I'm worried about how well it will wear over time. I'm not bashing the product for this yet since I've just started wearing them, but for a "work boot" I was expecting it to be a bit more substantial. Also, made the mistake of wearing white socks with it initially, the color came off on a few pairs of socks before I switched over to black socks haha.

I like this boot but had to return it because I use orthotics and the insole is not removable. The description stated that it was removable, but unfortunately it is not.

I almost ALWAYS wear a 'size 11' boot, but even a size 10 in these are generous.
I started with a size 11, but returned them because my toe was about 2" away from the end of the boot. Ordered a size 10, and they are still too long by almost an inch, but because they lace up so snug, and fit well on the sides, I will keep these. I guess I can add thicker socks and a footbed to make up the difference.

I bought these on clearance, so the price was an amazing $68. For that price I feel I am getting a rock-solid, geniuine leather boot that will last the rest of my life (I hope- or at least many years). Looks
