After researching this suitcase I decided to order it from Sierra Trading Post for my wife, great deal. Received the suitcase and looks well built. She will be using it soon and I will follow up!

Nice large size. Very light and handles well. Blue color is easy to spot in a sea of black bags.

The last of my last two large suitcases were destroyed by the airlines only 3 months apart and with all of the exceptions they pretty much avoid any liability and associated costs. One piece of luggage came back without one of the wheels, the other with absolutely no handles which makes both useless and the cost to ship out for repair seemed to be more than the suitcases were worth. So I researched luggage and found that B&R designs their luggage to be repaired at home. Lose a wheel, just order a wheel kit. The handles recess which makes sense but only time will tell. Overall, the luggage looks great (many compliments), B&R's warranty is as good as you will find and STP's price is unbelievable!

We just finished our first trip using this Briggs and Riley Spinner Suitcase. It packed easily, the 80-20 distribution made packing so much easier since the top of the case, which is 20% of the cubic space of the whole compartment. The top contained a zipper enclose section to fold a few shirts, still on hangers. This worked well. There is increased storage space inside since the handle mechianism is on the outside of the suitcase, this no bumps inside, which makes packing easier and more uniform.

The case did scuff quite a bit during the two flights and is no longer has the shinning luster it had, however, that is to be expected since handling luggage at an airport is not a graceful event.

The spinner wheels seem well constructed and easily glide through the airport, hotel corridors, and city streets. The attached hanging mechanism gave me a place to hang my carry on which was very convenient.

    First reaction: Very Pleased.
