I owned two Briggs and Riley two-wheelers and love their design and quality. Despite seeing bad reviews warning of the poor 4-wheelers design, I went ahead to purchase this compact 4-wheelers thinking the relatively low height of 19 inches may improve the 4-wheel movement. As it turns out, the 4-wheels can't move in a straight line despite big effort in controlling the retuned the product.

Briggs & Riley makes great luggage. I had already purchased a 2-wheel full-size Baseline carry-on bag for my wife and she loves it. When the smaller commuter size became available, I had to get it for her. This is perfect for the "long weekend" trip of 3 - 4 days. This is very sturdy luggage that will last a lifetime. You pay more, but you get a lot more. I highly recommend the Baseline Commuter Carry-on.
