Montrail Bajada 2 Trail Running Shoes (For Men)
Closeouts. With their old-school aesthetic and classic silhouette, Montrail's Bajada 2 trail running shoes feel like an old friend. An aggressively lugged Gryptonite® outsole provides excellent grip on rough terrain yet is low-profile enough to comfortably tackle pavement too.

And the weight isn't bad either.
Very good fit and style.
Reviewed by pika12k from Oakland on Sunday, August 28, 2016I had the previous version of this shoe:Montrail Bajada Trail, but the sole on these look exactly the same. The soft rubbery pegs flex if you land on a small hard surface, shifting your weight in unexpected ways. This will probably be removed, as it refers to the Montrail Bajada instead of the Bajada 2, but you should also know that the sole separated in 2 different ways. On one side the sole started separating from the shoe, and on the other the heel tread started to peel off the bottom. The shoes had low use-hours, and were not exposed to extreme temperatures. Buyer beware.

Verified Buyer Reviewed by Tom from Utah on Thursday, June 30, 2016This is a well built shoe that seems to fit true-to-size. If you're wearing thicker socks, I'd go up 1/2 size. The gusset and two tabs for laces keeps the tongue in place. Would have preferred that the sole had just a tad more stiffness, but that's just my preference. Great traction with the Gryptonite tread. This is a really good shoe, and performs well in a variety of conditions. I think it's a real compliment to Montrail to build a shoe that is multi-purpose.
