It seems to me that Columbia products have decreased in quality in features of the past decade or so. When they should be hitting a home run, like this waterproof hiking show, they strike out by producing the most uncomfortable shoe I have ever had on my feet. The seams in the side of the shoe are rigid and raised, instantly causing discomfort and pain. It took less then 30 seconds to realize this shoe's near term future was a return to the trading post it came from. It's a shame because otherwise it looked like a good shoe.

Very comfortable and stylish. Haven't tried them in wet weather yet.

I have enjoyed wearing these and they seem well made. I would suggest ordering a half size larger as they run small.

Ordered these shoes in a WIDE. Overall length is about 1/2 size too short and way too narrow--even in wide. The wide is more like a regular width. Overall construction seems alright, but the sides are a bit flimsy. Good for the urban cowboy, but not on the trails. Had to return, since they were far too narrow.

These shoes appeared to be a great value but I was unable to confirm that since I could not wear them. I ordered an 11 Wide, the shoes shipped to me were marked as 11W but were more narrow than shoes I own that are 11D. There was no way I could wear them. Guess Columbia does not make wide shoes.

I have a few pairs of Columbia hiking shoes. Got the others, a normal width fit well, but these seem to run a bit narrow. Glad I went with the wife which fit perfectly. Length is true to size.

I bought a pair of these 18 months ago from the Columbia outlet, and loved them, wore them every day, wore the soles thin. They are very comfortable, and waterproof--perfect for walking in wet grass or after a rain. I went back to the outlet, but no more were to be found; then I found them at Sierra, same shoes, and even cheaper than at the outlet! I immediately ordered two pairs; they came quickly, and were exactly what I already had and wanted. It's so rare to have this happen with closeout items; I'm very pleased.

Purchased a pair of these from the Columbia outlet store at a steep discount recently, and after a week of using them I started scouring online to get additional pairs, because I like them so much. These blow my Mizuno's out of the water, and didn't even require a custom insole. Amazingly comfortable out of the box, and they perform great in both the city and out in the countryside. 10/10, would recommend.
