so far my 18 year old grandson likes them and wears them. Only down fall when he first starting wearing them, he said he got a blister on the back of the heel, wearing them in. He used a band-aid and he kept on going..he really likes the fit, and the look of the boot.

After receiving the shoes I was quite surprised with how heavy they are. I have three pairs of the Chameleons and love them however when compared to my Chameleons these shoes they are considerably heavier. The sizing was a bit of a surprise as well, I typically wear a 10.5 and ordered the same however the 10.5 is cut large and there is a lot of movement when wearing the shoe. Have not decided whether to send them back. Kind of wishing that I would have bought the Trezetas.

I was hiking above 10,000 feet in Colorado. Out of the box, they fit perfectly. I felt confident wearing them, especially crossing a rapid stream. 5 Stars, these shoes rock as does Sierra Trading Post!

No need to break-in, these worked for me right out of the box. I had a pair of Kodiak's that lasted me 7 years before these, those were excellent shoes for the price but required a break-in of about 8 miles before they were as comfortable as these out of the gate. I did note some heal slipping but some lace adjustment should take care of that. They seem to be well made, the laces are a little wimpy but functional.

Its amazing the inconsistency in shoe sizes. One 9.5 is really a 10 and one is a 9. That a whole shoe size different between makers. I returned it as it was BIG.

The shoe was a perfect fit for me. I'm a size 12M. Plenty of toe room on down hill. First hike was 5 miles and the tongue was a bit stiff. I backed the lace off one hole and forgot about it. It may have been I wore too low of a sock. Next hike had a steep climb involved. The shoes felt like I'd worn them forever. Laced up correctly they were fantastic. Light, so comfortable and very good looking. I like the low shoe style for summer compared to my Merrell boots which I love too. I'd buy these Capra shows again.

These hiking shoes might be the best ones I've gotten thus far from STP. I'm even going to buy a 2nd pair asap so I have a pair for the future. Very comfortable and true to size. Hope to hit the Adirondacks and Whites this summer!

Really like these shoes. Very comfortable right out of the box. I sometimes feel like there isn't quite enough room around toes/ball of feet with some shoes...until broken in. These feel great from the start. Haven't worn them much yet, so can't speak to the durability.
