Barbour Tweed Durham Waxed-Cotton Jacket - Insulated

Closeouts. Inspired by the vintage 1919 Barbour catalogues, Barbour's Tweed Durham waxed-cotton jacket is durable with a classic Donegal tweed hood, shoulders and elbow patches. Comfortable over a range of temperatures and conditions, the jacket includes a two-way zip closure and double-vented hemline for added breathability beneath the cozy, quilted taffeta lining.

Love this jacket. I have another Barbour coat without the insulation and really wanted something I could wear through the winter. The insulation runs throughout, even the permanent hood- but doesn't make it overly bulky. There's an additional zipper inside so you can add their polarquilt vest which I didn't know until it arrived. If I had to list a con (and the reason for 4 vs 5 stars) it would be the number of pockets- two on the outside and one inside- with gloves, etc, they fill up fast! That said, I really love the coat!

This is a wonderful coat. Good looking and very high quality. But it runs small, at least at the larger sizes. Usually I wear an L to an XL. But with this coat, the 2XL barely gave me a proper fit.

I consider this jacket with the classic bedale.
My bedale size is is half or one size up status.
I ordered this jacket M is perfect size to me.
This jacket are more slimmer than my C.bedale.
Maybe. Heritage lines are slim pit I think.
