These glasses did not look like they did in the photo. They were much too large for my face and I didn't feel the quality was exceptional. I returned them.

In the past, I have made no hesitation to share my disdain for Toms shoes. The idea to give shoes to those in need is amazing, but what you get in return is [...]. I didn't expect much more from the sunglasses to be honest, but I was pleasantly surprised.
The frames are made from a very solid plastic not unlike Ray-bans. The hinges feel very strong and have little to no play right out of the burlap sack sunglasses case that's included. The finish in the specific model I bought was really slick looking. A thin layer of black plastic was separated by a crystal clear layer that was throughout the whole frame. When you're wearing them it gives everything a bright feeling on the periphery of your vision that just makes everything better,
My only problem is with the lenses. I didn't realize that the lenses had a purple hue to them and there isn't an option for polarized. However, those qualms aside, I would say that these are easily the best glasses for the money that you can buy.
