    44r, 220lb, 6'0" stocky male.
Ordered the 44r and 46r since first time trying this brand. Kroon seems to have been established early 2000's and was trying to break out as the modern man's blazer/sportcoat brand (headphone, smartphone friendly, etc)

The wool fabric is thin, decent hand, certainly not worth the $400+ MSRP, but definitely palatable at $150-220 price range. Half-Lining is a 50 Polyester / 50 Rayon blend. Not Bemberg but better than standard 100 Polyester. Should be moderately breathable. Had underarm shields, which is nice.

Sizes are true to size (44R proper fit), fit in shoulder and sleeves similarly to Stafford, Perry Ellis or other semi-conservative department store brands. Large armholes (less range of movement), natural shoulder.

However, the front buttons were very low cut, with the top button being almost below my navel despite a long-ish torso yet the tail was just right. Also would need waist suppressed nearly four inches (tailoring).

The odd (removable) storm flap on the collar allows you to close the whole collar up outerwear style, except it is so short it does not work. Maybe if you were very skinny and had a long neck, but then the cut of this sportcoat would leave you swimming in fabric.

Inner pockets are quite nice, they are plenty of them and all quite slim but different sizes.

All in all, an odd duck. It is designed for a body shape that is fairly overweight in the waist, slimmer upper torso, yet has a long skinny neck. Considering the quality of materials I think Kroon would be best served by revisiting the overall cut and design.
