These are instruction on how to use this product. I just got my pair and very happy. Last year paid 500 dollars for insoles. hope this helps
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Jojowalker from Connecticut on Sunday, January 22, 2017Correct sizing, and very decent support. The 'cookie' customizing parts allow for that adjusting that used to only come with orthotics from the podiatrist. I'm still in the break-in on these, and hope they will last as well as my pro-made inserts, but if not, the price was still a good value.
Reviewed by JAmmaGramma from Iowa on Sunday, December 25, 2016I think these orthotics will be great. However, if they are sold direct to consumers on STP, they need to include instructions on how to adjust them. I'm going to "guess" & try to emulate my custom orthotics (which cost $450 -- not covered by health insurance!). however, I'd be much more confident if a set of customization instructions was included.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by BlackCat from CA on Tuesday, November 29, 2016Bought these insoles in hopes of not having to buy custom orthotics again. Haven't had the time to research which of the adjustments I will need to use for my particular foot issues. I expect to be pleased with the final product as I am with the Spenco Earthbound insole.
